Buyers search before they call.

Most people looking for a home in your market start on Google, not on REALTOR.ca and not with an agent. A PropertyConnector site is built to be the thing they find — with the technical work handled, so you never have to think about it.

Four things decide whether you get found.

None of them are secrets, and all four are built into the platform rather than sold as an add-on.

1

Pages that match real searches

Nobody searches for a listing database. They type “houses for sale in Blackfalds” or “Red Deer condos under $400,000”. Your site builds a page for each city and area you work, so there is something for those searches to land on.

2

Listings Google can actually read

Every listing carries structured data — price, beds, baths, address, status — in the format search engines expect. That is what earns the rich result with a photo and a price instead of a plain blue link. Getting the listings in the first place means [DDF® access](/crea-ddf-access/), which is a short one-time process.

3

A site that stays current on its own

Listings sync from your DDF® feed, so pages appear and update without you touching them. Sold and expired URLs redirect somewhere useful instead of becoming dead ends that Google drops.

4

The plumbing, done and kept done

Titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, an XML sitemap, fast pages on Canadian hosting, and clean mobile rendering. None of it is glamorous and all of it is the difference between being indexed and being ignored.

One page per market you actually work.

A single page listing every property in the province competes for nothing. A page about Sylvan Lake, with Sylvan Lake listings on it, competes for people searching Sylvan Lake — and those are the people who might call you.

You tell us the cities and areas you work. The platform builds a page for each one, keeps it stocked from your listing feed, and adds the structured data and internal links that tell Google what the page is about. As your coverage grows, you add another.

Each page is real: your listings, your market, your name on it. Not thirty near-identical pages with the town swapped out, which is the trick that gets sites penalised.

All of this is in the plan.

There is no SEO tier and no separate retainer. It is part of the platform at $199/mo on annual billing.

Pages that earn the search

  • A page for every city and area you work, built from your own listing feed
  • Buyer and seller guide pages, for the questions people search before they are ready to call
  • A blog, configured and ready, for anything you want to say in your own words
  • Listing pages with full detail — price, beds, baths, lot, year built, features, photos

What search engines see

  • Structured data on listings, agents, city pages, and FAQs
  • Titles and meta descriptions generated for every page, editable where it matters
  • Canonical URLs, so two versions of a page never compete with each other
  • An XML sitemap that stays current as listings come and go
  • Social preview tags, so a link you text or post shows a proper photo and headline

The parts people forget

  • Sold and expired listing URLs redirected instead of left to rot
  • Fast pages on Canadian hosting, behind a global edge network
  • Mobile rendering that holds up, because most of this traffic is on a phone
  • Instant indexing pings to Bing and DuckDuckGo when something changes
  • An analytics dashboard in your own admin, so you can see what is actually landing

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes.

What this will not do.

  • Nobody can guarantee a ranking. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Google decides, the competition in your market matters, and none of it is for sale.
  • It is not instant. New pages take weeks to months to settle, and a brand-new domain takes longer than an established one. The work compounds; it does not switch on.
  • We build the platform, not your reputation. Reviews, your name recognition, and the relationships that make people search for you by name are yours. We make sure that when they do, they find something worth finding.
  • Content is where you can outwork anyone. The technical side is handled and finite. What is not finite is you writing honestly about your market — that is the part competitors cannot copy, and the part we cannot do for you.

If that reads as less exciting than what you have been pitched elsewhere, that is the point. We would rather you know what you are buying.

Questions about getting found

Do I need to know anything about SEO?

No. The technical side is set up and looked after as part of your plan — structured data, sitemaps, titles, redirects, page speed. If you want to help it along, write about your market; that is the only part we cannot do for you.

Will I outrank REALTOR.ca?

For a national search, no, and neither will anyone else. The searches worth winning are local and specific — “bungalows for sale in Lacombe”, “Red Deer acreages with a shop” — where a focused local site competes properly and a national portal is too broad to be the best answer.

How long before this does anything?

Expect a few weeks for pages to be indexed and a few months before rankings settle, longer on a brand-new domain. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

What about the site I already have?

If you are moving one across, we carry your content over with the redirects that pass your existing rankings to the new URLs rather than losing them. That is $399 as a one-time piece of work — skipping it is the single most common way a site rebuild loses traffic.

Do you do SEO as a separate service?

Not as a monthly retainer. The technical work is part of the platform at $199/mo, and one-off pieces — a campaign landing page at $399, or something specific quoted before we start — are there when you want them. We would rather build it in than bill it monthly.

Can I see it working on a real site?

Yes. Ask and we will point you at a live PropertyConnector site, and you can search the things a buyer in that market would search.
